Having worked in prestigious multinational companies such as Cadila and Lupin, as well as medium-scale enterprises like Granules India and Ajanta Pharma, Murali brings a wealth of experience to the table.
His expertise extends across a spectrum of dosage forms, including Oral Solids, Parenteral, SemiSolids, and innovative products. N. Murali has been instrumental in the development of pharmaceutical solutions for both the US and Rest of the World (ROW) markets. His extensive background in CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) companies further enriches our capabilities at Thercentric Innovations

Dr. Pragna Shelat, our Co-Founder, is a distinguished professional with a remarkable 35-year career in Product Development and academia. Specializing in the development of Solid Dosage Forms and Complex Semisolid Formulations, Dr. Shelat’s contributions have left an indelible mark on the pharmaceutical landscape.
Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Dr. Shelat has been an inspiring guide for students pursuing their Doctoral Programs. Her commitment to education is matched only by her expertise in conducting Proof of Concept Studies for Innovative Products, up to the LabScale Level. Dr. Shelat’s proven proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) underscores her dedication to advancing pharmaceutical research.
